Quincey Brooks Jr., a 22-year-old male, tragically died on June 8, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. Brooks was found lying on the breezeway floor of an apartment complex with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
