Carlos Manuel Rivera, a 45-year-old male, was fatally shot in the Oak Lawn neighborhood of Dallas, Texas, on the morning of February 5, 2025. Officers responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 6:45 a.m. in the 3900 block of Rawlins Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Rivera, who had sustained gunshot wounds at the location.
