Upon arrival, officers discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds: 21-year-old Leah Arianna Mills and 22-year-old Noah Nerio. Both were pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Nicola James at 5:26 p.m.
Investigators from the Criminal Investigation Division identified Leah Mills as the victim and Noah Nerio as the suspect in what they determined to be a murder-suicide. According to police reports, there was no ongoing threat to the community following the incident.
