On July 17, 2023, in Fallbrook, California, a tragic incident occurred involving the accidental shooting death of 1-year-old Jessa Osmera. At approximately 7:30 a.m., the San Diego County Sheriff's Department received a distressing call reporting that a 3-year-old child had accidentally shot their infant sibling at a residence in the 1100 block of South Stagecoach Lane.
