John Kristensen, a 34-year-old resident of Fallbrook, California, was found dead on April 4, 2022, in a house located in the 4300 block of Rainbow Vista Drive near Old Highway 395. The discovery was made around 7:45 a.m. by deputies from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. Upon investigation, it was determined that Kristensen had been fatally shot. The circumstances surrounding his death prompted a thorough investigation by the homicide detectives of the sheriff's department.
