On the night of October 31, 2023, at approximately 10:30 p.m., 18-year-old Ethan Chuefue Vang was fatally shot in Fresno, California. The incident occurred near the intersection of San Jose and Sherman Avenues, close to Wolters Elementary School. Upon arrival, officers found Vang with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
