Walter Flowers, a 64-year-old man from Fresno, California, was tragically shot and killed on June 11, 2022. Flowers, who was living in his car, was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 800 block of Tulare Street in downtown Fresno. The incident occurred around 5:00 a.m. when police responded to a ShotSpotter activation indicating gunfire in the area.
