Rafael Llamas Lopez, a 33-year-old man from Fresno, California, was tragically shot and killed on July 16, 2021. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. near California Avenue and Highway 99, within a homeless encampment where Lopez was residing. According to reports, Lopez was confronted by an armed individual for reasons that remain unclear.
