On the night of September 7, 2024, at approximately 11:34 p.m., deputies from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department were patrolling near the 3000 block of Lemon Grove Avenue when they heard multiple gunshots. Upon investigation, they were informed of a group engaged in a heated argument in the 3100 block of School Lane.
