In a quiet, snow-covered neighborhood in La Pine, Oregon, the life of 19-year-old Brandi Ann Francine Schopper, a Caucasian female, was tragically cut short on December 21, 2016. The day's horrific events unfolded inside a mobile home, turning a place of residence into a scene of violence that would claim two lives and leave another person critically injured.
