In the quiet city of Bend, Oregon, the life of a 37-year-old Caucasian woman named Jenny Lynn Cashwell was tragically cut short on the afternoon of Saturday, January 12, 2019. The events unfolded at the Cedar West apartment complex located at 825 NE Wyatt Way in the eastern part of the city. A 911 call was placed at 3:45 p.m. by a man reporting a deceased female at the location.
