Christopher Truax Jr., a 21-year-old active duty Marine sergeant, tragically lost his life on September 7, 2018, in Lemon Grove, California. Truax, originally from Horseheads, New York, was stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and served as a food service specialist with the Marine Wing Support Squadron-373.
