In the Whitehaven neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee, the life of 31-year-old Larry Moss was tragically cut short on the evening of March 18, 2023. He was inside his vehicle in the parking lot of the Mil Creek Apartments when multiple assailants opened fire.
