On May 13, 2023, Heidi Johnson, aged 20, was tragically killed in a double homicide in Knoxville, Tennessee. She and her friend, 22-year-old Madison Johnson, were found deceased at a residence on Woodlawn Pike after police responded to reports of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers suspected an armed individual might be inside and, after unsuccessful attempts to make contact, entered the home to discover both women had been fatally shot.
