On a tragic day in May 2023, 20-year-old Heidi Johnson was found dead in a Knoxville, Tennessee home on Woodlawn Pike, the victim of a double homicide. Alongside her was her friend, 22-year-old Madison Lynn Johnson. The Knoxville Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance call on the morning of May 13th, where they discovered the two women.

The investigation quickly led authorities to name 26-year-old Jair Romario Martin as the suspect. Investigators believed Martin had been in ...
