In the early morning hours of August 9, 2020, the life of 29-year-old Jamaica Greenlee, a Black female from Knoxville, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. Greenlee was a mother of five and a beloved figure in her community, known for her kindness and her willingness to help others.
The incident unfolded on Ben Hur Avenue, where Greenlee and another individual, 48-year-old Robert Andrade, were victims of a fatal shooting in what was investigated as a double homicide.
