On June 15, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded in Sequatchie, Tennessee, resulting in the deaths of six individuals, including 6-year-old Lilyana Perez. Authorities responded to reports of a shooting at a residence on Pine Street, where they discovered the house engulfed in flames. After extinguishing the fire, investigators found the bodies of three children and three adults inside the home.
