Regina Patterson Barnett, a 52-year-old woman, was shot and killed by her estranged husband, Gary Barnett, on June 15, 2023. The violence of that day also claimed the lives of Regina's daughter, Brittnee Nicole Perez, and Brittnee's three young children.
