Jose Fernando Rivera Garcia, a 35-year-old man from Nashville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on August 3, 2023, in a shooting incident. The fatal event occurred on Peach Creek Crescent, where Rivera Garcia was found by police officers in the driver's seat of a gray Ford Escape.
