John Wireman, aged 55, died on April 28, 2017, in Nashville, Tennessee, due to an overdose that was later determined to be a result of reckless and negligent actions by a registered nurse, Jason Faith. Faith had been administering methamphetamine injections to Wireman over several months, including the day of his death.
