In the late summer of 2023, the life of 22-year-old Charlisa Reed, a young female from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically cut short by an act of sudden violence. On the morning of August 27th, Reed and a friend were leaving a restaurant on South Main Street, a typically bustling area of downtown Memphis.
