In the late hours of an autumn evening in Jackson, Tennessee, the life of 19-year-old Caleb Riley was tragically cut short. On October 11, officers from the Jackson Police Department were dispatched to the area of Springtime Cove, off Old Humboldt Road, following reports of a shooting.
