Anthony 'Big Jook' Mims, a 47-year-old male, was fatally shot on January 13, 2024, in Memphis, Tennessee. The incident occurred in the afternoon, at approximately 4:15 p.m., outside Perignons Restaurant and Event Center on Winchester Road. Mims had been attending a repast for a family member who had been buried earlier that day. He was a prominent figure in the Memphis music scene, known for his behind-the-scenes work with his brother, rapper Yo Gotti's record label, Collective Music Group.
