On March 1, 2023, a violent altercation in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, tragically cut short the life of 22-year-old Jerred 'Jay' Duncan. The incident, which unfolded near the 50 building of Crawford Village, was one of two separate fatal shootings that shook the city on the same day.
