On the evening of March 8, 2023, 37-year-old Frank Pralour of Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot in the Logan section of Philadelphia. The incident occurred just after 9:30 p.m. in the 4900 block of North Broad Street, near a local bar. Responding officers found Pralour lying on the street with a gunshot wound to the chest; notably, he was holding a firearm at the time. He was promptly transported to Einstein Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after 10 p.m.
