Jael Bravo, a 21-year-old male, was killed in a drive-by shooting on the night of Monday, March 13, 2023, in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. Bravo was driving a Honda Civic with two other men, his cousin and a friend, when they parked near the corner of Girard Avenue and Marshall Street just before 11 p.m. Another vehicle pulled up alongside them, and at least one person inside opened fire.
