Sherman Jennings, a driver for the Yellow Cab Taxi Company, was tragically found dead on January 14, 1999, in San Diego, California. At approximately 3:30 a.m., a resident of 4100 C Street noticed an apparently abandoned Yellow Cab parked across the street.
