Jordy Ramon Lopez, a 23-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2016, following a violent incident in the Linda Vista neighborhood. Early that morning, at approximately 4 a.m., Lopez was walking in the 2200 block of Comstock Street when he was targeted in a drive-by shooting.
