In the winter of 1994, the quiet, upscale community of Incline Village, Nevada, was shaken by a brutal act of violence that shattered the tranquility of the Lake Tahoe enclave. On December 4th, the bodies of 56-year-old Nona Rauer and her 63-year-old husband, Charles Rauer, were discovered in their home.
