On March 18, 2023, Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to a residence on Maple Avenue in Barnesville, Pennsylvania, following a relative's request for a welfare check. Upon arrival, officers discovered the bodies of 56-year-old Lisa Long and 52-year-old Ronald Zangari inside the home. Both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene.
