Jaedi Rae Weed, a 19-year-old female of Caucasian ethnicity from Needmore, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on May 5, 2015. She was born on December 29, 1995, in Mesa, Arizona, and was the daughter of the late Laura Lynn Hollenshead. Jaedi is survived by her siblings, Haley Lynn Weed and Stephanie Nicole Weed, as well as her grandparents Gerald and Vicki Gyorkos.
The circumstances surrounding Jaedi's death were part of a tragic double homicide. Jaedi and her mother, Laura Lynn Hollenshead, aged 39, were fatally shot in their home in Belfast Township, Fulton County, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred early on the morning of May 5, 2015, and was later determined to have started as a domestic dispute. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene by Fulton County Coroner Berley Souders.
Anthony Lynn Hollenshead, aged 36 and also from Needmore, was charged with two counts of criminal homicide in connection with the deaths of Jaedi and her mother. Hollenshead was taken into custody by Pennsylvania State Police and arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Tamela Heming. He was incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail without bail. The preliminary hearing for Hollenshead was scheduled for May 11, 2015.

Hollenshead had a prior criminal record, including a guilty plea in 2006 for causing an accident and a guilty plea earlier in 2015 for harassment. The court documents indicated that Hollenshead had two prior summary charges for harassment, one from January 1, 2015, and another from September 13, 2014.
