Jaedi Rae Weed, a 19-year-old female of Caucasian ethnicity from Needmore, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on May 5, 2015. She was born on December 29, 1995, in Mesa, Arizona, and was the daughter of the late Laura Lynn Hollenshead. Jaedi is survived by her siblings, Haley Lynn Weed and Stephanie Nicole Weed, as well as her grandparents Gerald and Vicki Gyorkos.
