Death by Force

On November 5, 2023, 11-year-old Jaime Sepulveda was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head in the first block of West Market Street in York, Pennsylvania. Emergency responders arrived at approximately 10:15 p.m., and he was pronounced dead at the scene by 11 p.m.

An autopsy conducted by the York County Coroner's Office on November 9, 2023, concluded that Jaime's death was the result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, ruling it a suicide.
