David Pellegrino, a 37-year-old man from York, PA, tragically died on August 9, 2021, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound while driving on Route 30 in Hellam Township. The York County Coroner's Office determined his death to be a suicide. Pellegrino was a father of two and had recently started a job as a Manager of Process Mining at KPMG.
