On November 25, 2023, at approximately 4 a.m., 53-year-old David Louis Comar was fatally shot in his residence on Poling Lane in Adams Township, Sidman, Pennsylvania. Authorities responded to the scene following a call from Comar's wife, who sustained a non-life-threatening injury during the incident. The Cambria County Coroner's Office confirmed that Comar died from multiple gunshot wounds, officially ruling his death a homicide.
