On December 22, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded in Green Tree, Pennsylvania, resulting in the deaths of two men in an apparent murder-suicide. Authorities responded to reports of a shooting at a residence on Woodridge Drive around 5:40 p.m. Upon arrival, first responders found 38-year-old Kevin Benjamin Smith with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
