On the night of February 26, 2024, at approximately 11 p.m., 31-year-old Tev Jerod Mungo of Pittsburgh was fatally shot in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred outside a residence in the 800 block of Lookout Avenue, a typically quiet area in the Mon Valley borough of Washington County.
