In the early evening of March 4, 2024, the life of 19-year-old Ronald Oliver Fuller was cut short in a burst of gunfire in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. Known affectionately as Ronnie, he was a beloved son, a twin brother, and a guiding light to his many siblings. His infectious laughter and boundless generosity were hallmarks of his personality, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him.
