In the winter of 2018, a young man named Andre Lee, lost his life in a fatal shooting in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. On the evening of Friday, February 16, police responded to a call on Ella Street, where they discovered Lee inside a car, suffering from a gunshot wound to his back.
