On the night of March 13, 2024, at approximately 10:15 p.m., 21-year-old Antonio Carrero was fatally shot in the 900 block of Franklin Street in Reading, Pennsylvania. Responding officers from the Reading Police Department discovered Carrero deceased at the scene.
