Another woman, 29-year-old Jasmine Johnson, identified in court records as Howard's girlfriend, suffered a gunshot wound to her left wrist but survived the incident.

After receiving medical treatment, he was taken into custody, waived extradition, and was transported back to Pennsylvania, where he was arraigned and held in the Fayette County Prison without bond.
