Tiffany Marie Cordwell Raymer, a 39-year-old woman from Uniontown and Fairchance, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on June 9, 2023. Born in Morgantown, West Virginia, to Priscilla Cordwell and Jack Sapp, Tiffany's life was cut short in a devastating incident of domestic violence.
