Jacqueline Carey, a 32-year-old woman of African American ethnicity, tragically lost her life on November 4, 2016, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. She was visiting her sister's home on Farragut Street to celebrate their late father's birthday when the incident occurred. Carey was struck by a bullet while looking out of a window after shots were fired in the direction of the home. She was taken to Uniontown Hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
