On May 22, 2024, 61-year-old Karen Lynn Kistle was found with a fatal gunshot wound in her home on Vandien Drive in Dingman Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania. Despite prompt emergency response, she succumbed to her injuries before she could be airlifted to Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton.
