Jasmine Chavez, aged 21, was tragically killed on December 16, 2017, in Chicago's Chicago Lawn neighborhood. Just four days after celebrating her 21st birthday, Jasmine was traveling with two other individuals in a car when they were ambushed in a drive-by shooting.
