On June 11, 2023, at approximately 10:25 p.m., Greensboro police responded to a call regarding an unknown medical issue in the 300 block of West JJ Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered 41-year-old Susan Renaye Fox suffering from a gunshot wound. She was promptly transported to a local hospital by EMS but, tragically, succumbed to her injuries shortly thereafter.
