Do you know who murdered Eleanor? Eleanor Brusenbach, 54, a White woman, died on February 24, 1971, in the Honolulu, Hawaii area, her last known hours later becoming the kind of grim timeline people revisit when a case never finds its ending. 
One later account places her out the night before, February 23, at the CPO Club on Naval Station Pearl Harbor, and suggests she may have gone on in the early morning hours to a place called The Dunes on Nimitz Highway. However her night truly unfolded, she did not make it home.
