On February 25, 2007, the body of 56-year-old Linda Sue Hannon was discovered near the Huilua Fishpond in Kahana Bay, Honolulu. Hannon had suffered severe blunt force trauma to the head and was found face down and partially clothed. The investigation revealed she had likely been beaten and possibly sexually assaulted.
