On January 20, 1982, 19-year-old Lisa Au was found dead in a remote area of Tantalus, Hawaii, after being missing for ten days. Lisa, a hairdresser from Kailua, had been driving home from visiting her boyfriend in Maikiki on the night of January 10, 1982, when she disappeared. Her car was discovered abandoned on the side of the highway, with her purse and belongings inside, but there were no signs of a struggle.
