Michael Onodera, a 24-year-old man, was found murdered in his Hawaii Kai home on December 8, 1983. Onodera was reportedly asleep when an unknown assailant entered his residence and shot him. The crime scene provided limited leads, and no immediate suspects were identified. His murder remains unsolved despite efforts by the Honolulu Police Department to find justice.
