On October 8, 2023, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Greensboro police responded to a shooting at the Price Shopping Center on West Market Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 25-year-old Jesús Adrián Terrazas suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter. The incident was immediately classified as a homicide, prompting an intensive investigation by the Greensboro Police Department.
