On October 19, 2023, at approximately 2:33 p.m., 20-year-old Donyelle Monteith Hill Jr. was shot in the 5200 block of North Sharon Amity Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. Emergency responders arrived promptly, and Hill was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
